Magdalena Szymków, a director of "Reporter" has recived a grant from the Amsterdam Art Fund, Film Development Programme 2014/2015 supported by the Netherdlands Film Academy, Binger FilmLab, the Eye Film Museum and IDFA Amsterdam.

The Train to Moscow. A Journey to Utopia by Federico Ferrone and Michele Manzolini will compete in the international documentary competition of the 49th Karlovy Vary International Film Festival where it will have its International Premiere. The screenings schedule is:

Editing is a marvel of balance and rhythm, often beautifully matched by sound additions: A ballet rehearsal at the Bolshoi, joined to a speech proclaiming that the U.S.S.R. has never forced its ideas onto others and never will, generates goosebumps. The transfer of 8mm to HD is impressively done, maintaining texture and clarity.
