<p>T-Mobile New Horizons International Film Festival is <strong>the  biggest film festival in Poland</strong> and it is regarded as one of <strong>the most  important film events in Central Europe</strong>. The festival presents  uncompromising, innovative and original cinema from all over the world  that explores <strong>new horizons in film language, expression and  storytelling</strong>. The festival has 4 competitive sections and is accredited  by FIPRESCI and by FIAPF as a Competitive Specialized Feature Film  Festival. New Horizons has a strong focus on music and contemporary art  and organizes live music concerts every evening and art installations  and performances throughout the city.</p>
<p><strong>The</strong> <strong>12th T-Mobile New Horizons International Film Festival</strong> will be held in Wrocław on <strong>19-29 July 2012</strong>and will feature about 440 films (220 feature length) from over 40 countries. This year's <strong>Polish Short Film Competition</strong> presents the most interesting short stories, documentaries, and animation.</p>

<p>THE TRAIN TO MOSCOW has obtained the <a href="http://www.dokweb.net/en/east-doc-platform/news/zvalka-and-the-train-to-moscow-were-announced-the-best-east-doc-platform-projects.-2010/">East Doc Platform Award </a>for best project in post-production.</p>
<p>The jury - <a href="http://www.dokweb.net/en/documentary-network/professionals/kilmurry-simon-17867/?">Simon Kilmurry</a> (Documentary POV, USA), <a href="http://www.dokweb.net/en/documentary-network/professionals/fantl-helena-3001/?">Hel&eacute;na Fantl</a> (La f&eacute;mis, France) and <a href="http://www.dokweb.net/en/documentary-network/professionals/nurkollari-veton-2060/?">Veton Nurkollari</a> (DokuFest, Kosovo) &ndash; admitted that their decision to be rather difficult:</p>
<p>&ldquo;<em>&hellip; We would hope to see all the projects finished as soon as  possible, but since we are a jury, we had to single out one we think  stood out most. The Train to Moscow captivated us because of its unique  use of personal footage that shows almost archival quality and very  significant historical value. It tells about an almost utopian belief,  that of communism and Soviet Union. According to the name of the  presentation, we hope to see your film launched as soon as possible.</em>"</p>

Shot in Brazil and in Italy's Northestern region, it features a unique interview with controversial Lega Nord mayor of Treviso Giancarlo Gentilini.</p>
